・UHV system equipped with two EB guns (ULVAC); this system is used for fabricating ultrathin films of amorphous Mo_xSi_1-x

・³He-⁴He dilution refrigerator and 15-17 T superconducting magnet systems （OXFORD）

Measurements

・Electronic transport: resistivity, Hall resistivity, electron tunneling measurements

・Ac complex resistivity measurements using:

(1) the four-terminal ac locking method (f<10 MHz, V>1 nV)

(2) the miniature two-coil mutual-inductance method (f<1MHz, V>1 nV)

・Voltage noise spectral density measurements (0.1 Hz<f<100 kHz and 100 kHz<f< 500 MHz, S_V>10^-20 V²/Hz)

・High-Q mechanical oscillators:

(1) Silicon vibrating reed　(f〜1-10 kHz)
