Electronic transport: resistivity, Hall resistivity, electron tunneling measurements

(1) the four-terminal ac locking method (f<10 MHz, V>1 nV)

(2) the miniature two-coil mutual-inductance method (f<1MHz, V>1 nV)

 

Voltage noise spectral density measurements (0.1 Hz<f<100 kHz and 100 kHz<f< 500 MHz, SV>10-20 V2/Hz)

 

High-Q mechanical oscillators:

(1) Silicon vibrating reed (f〜1-10 kHz)

(2) Quartz microbalance (f〜1-20 MHz)
